REFUND POLICY

All Motionary Design products are custom-made to order. Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or minor color variations due to screen settings. Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once production has begun.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at motionary@motionarydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at our discretion. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, with shipping timeframes calculated separately and provided as estimates only. Refunds, when approved, are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your financial institution.
