SHIPPING POLICY
Processing & Production Time
All items are custom-made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipment. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-volume periods, processing times may be extended. Production times may vary slightly depending on the print provider and product selected.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping times are calculated separately from production time. We primarily use UPS and other reputable carriers.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.
Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Additional shipping charges may apply for returned or reshipped orders due to incorrect addresses.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at motionary@motionarydesigns.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you. Claims may require documentation for carrier review.
